Curbside Pick UpPlease call us immediately, when you land at (480) 941-1301 or (888) 977-3326. You may probably call us twice, but we need to contact you. When you are ready to leave, call us back and proceed to blue diamond curb. Airport regulations requires commercial vehicle like us, to remain in the airport property until we heard from you and that you are ready for pick up. It may take us a few minutes( 2-5 mins) to reach you, but we should be there. Remember, we are not allowed to sit and wait at the curbside at all times. Airport security measures prevails. Meet and Greet ServiceThis service requires advance notice reservation. Driver will meet you at bottom escalator down or at the baggage claim area. An additional $25 will apply for this service. If you do not see your driver, do not leave and please stay at the baggage area. Sometimes, in the event of mixed up situation that are beyond our control like, last minute gate changes, incorrect flight number, parking lots maybe closed, contact us immediately at (480) 941-1301 or (888) 977-3326. RideSmart Sedan will hold you responsible, if you do not inform us immediately of this situation it may result in "no show" charges. Your driver will work hard to find, so do not leave. If you decide to leave and take another transportation without informing us, you will be charge the full amount of base fare, plus 20% gratuity, meet and greet charges, parking fees, waiting time and other applicable fees.
