Q: What are your Hours of Operation?
A: We are open 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly

Q: How do you Charge for your service?
A: We charge a flat rate based on Zip Code. We do NOT charge for
any extra passengers. We do NOT charge for extra transit time due to traffic conditions.

Q: When will you Charge my Credit Card?
A: Your credit card will be charged after customers has reached their final destination.

Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: Cancellation of reservation must be made by email reserve@ridesmartsedan.com no later than 24 hours, or at least 4 hours in advance by phone at (888) 977-3326. Otherwise, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
