Q:  What are your Hours of Operation?
A:  We are open 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly with any questions via Phone at 480.941.1301 or simply contact us by email.

Q:  How do you Charge for your service?
A:  We charge a flat rate based on Zip Code. We do NOT charge for any extra passengers. We do NOT charge for extra transit time due to traffic conditions.

Q:  Will I receive a Confirmation Number?
A:  If you make an Online Reservation, our computer reservation's system will generate a Reference Number for your records. Your Reference Number will be displayed when the Online Form is successfuly submitted. In addition, you will also receive an email confirmation with all details regarding your reservation request. Our Reservation's Agent will contact you within 12 Hours to review your online reservation.

Q:  When will you Charge my Credit Card?
A:  Your credit card will be charged after customers has reached their final destination.
